શાળા પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમ દરમ્યાન શાળા કક્ષાએ કરવાની થતી કાર્યવાહી:-

(૧) એક વિદ્યાર્થીની અને એક વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન થાય તેવું આયોજન કરવું.

૧.પદાધિકારીશ્રી/ અધિકારીશ્રીઓનું આગમન - ---
૨. દીપ પ્રાગટય - ૩ મિનિટ
૩. પ્રાર્થના - ૭ મિનિટ
૪. મહાનુભાવોનું સ્વાગત - ૫ મિનિટ
૫. પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમ - ૧૫ મિનિટ
૬. બાળક દ્વારા વક્તવ્ય - ૫ મિનિટ
૭. સન્માન - ૭ મિનીટ
૮. પ્રેરક ઉદબોધન - ૧૫ મિનિટ
૯. આભાર વિધિ - ૩ મિનિટ
૧૦. શાળા પરિસર મુલાકાત તથા SMC/SMDC/શાળા સંચાલક મંડળ સાથે બેઠક - ૨૫ મિનિટ
૧૧. વૃક્ષારોપણ - ૫ મિનિટ

(૨) સ્વાસ્થ્ય પર્યાવરણ, વિજ્ઞાન અને ટેકનોલોજી, સામાજિક ઉત્થાનના કાર્યક્રમો વગેરે વિષય પર બાળકોને વક્તવ્ય તૈયાર કરાવવાની જવાબદારી શિક્ષકોની રહેશે. પ્રવેશોત્સવ વખતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું વક્તવ્ય રાખવું.

(૩) પદાધિકારીઓશ્રી/અધિકારીશ્રીઓને ફૂલ, ગુલાબ, પાંદડી, તિલકથી સ્વાગત કરવાની જરૂર નથી. તેમનું સ્વાગત કોઈ બાળક થકી પુસ્તક આપીને કરાવવું.

(૪) પ્રવેશ પામતા બાળકોના ડ્રેસ ઉપર તેમના નામનું બેઈઝ લગાવી શકાય તેમજ પ્રવેશ પામતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જે પાઠ્ય પુસ્તક આપવામાં આવે તેના ઉપર નામ લખવાનું રહેશે કે સ્ટીકર પણ લગાવી શકાશે.

(૫) પ્રાથમિક શાળાનો અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કરનાર વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મી બોન્ડ ધરાવતી કન્યાઓને પાકતી મુદતના બોન્ડની રકમના ચેકનું વિતરણ કરવાની જવાબદારી જે તે શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષકની રહેશે. 

(૬) રાજયની સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ થી ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ સુધીમાં ધો.૧માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ હોય અને હાલ ક્રમશ: ધોરણ ૪,૩,૨ અને ૧માં અભ્યાસ કરતી હોય તેવી કન્યાઓને વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મી બોન્ડ આપવા માટેની યોજના પુનઃ શરૂ કરી વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ પુરતી ચાલુ રાખવા મંજૂરી મળેલ છે. આવી લાભાર્થી કન્યાઓને પ્રવેશોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન વિદ્યાલક્ષ્મી બોન્ડ એનાયત કરવામાં આવે તે જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીએ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું.

(૭) આંગણવાડીના બાળકોને સુખડી સાથે કેળા, ચીકુ, સફરજન, દ્રાક્ષ જેવા ફળો લોકભાગીદારીથી કે અન્ય રીતે આપી શકાય તે અંગે કાર્યવાહી કરવી.

(૮) છેલ્લા વર્ષમાં શૈક્ષણિક તથા સહ-શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃતિઓમાં ઉચ્ચ સિદ્ધિઓ જેવી કે CET, NMMS પરીક્ષામાં ઉર્તિણ થનાર, જ્ઞાન શકિત, રક્ષા શક્તિ શાળાઓમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું સન્માન કરવું. આ સાથે મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ, મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી જ્ઞાનસાધના મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજનાનો લાભ મેળવેલ હોય અને જે બાળકોની અગાઉના વર્ષમાં ૧૦૦% હાજરી હોય તેવા બાળકો અને તેમના વાલીઓને સન્માનિત કરવા.

(૯) દાન / લોકફાળો આપનાર દાતાઓ, સહકારી સંસ્થા કે સ્વૈચ્છિક સંસ્થાઓનું સન્માન કરવું.

(૧૦) વાલીઓમાં શિક્ષણ અને કન્યા કેળવણી પ્રત્યે જાગૃતતા કેળવાય તે માટે પ્રોત્સાહનરૂપી વક્તવ્ય મહાનુભાવ દ્વારા અપાય તે પ્રકારનું આયોજન કરવું.
