These are the following rules that will come into effect the next month:

Batters returning when caught: When a batter is out Caught, the new batter will come in at the end the striker was, regardless of whether the batters crossed prior to the catch being taken.

Incoming batter ready to face the ball: An incoming batter will now be required to be ready to take strike within two minutes in Tests and ODIs, while the current threshold of 90 seconds in T20Is remains unchanged.
Previously, the incoming batter had three minutes to take strike in ODIs and Tests but it has now been reduced. Failing to do so, the fielding captain can appeal for timed out.

Striker’s right to play the ball: This is restricted so as to require some part of their bat or person to remain within the pitch. Should they venture beyond that, the umpire will call and signal Dead ball. Any ball which would force the batter to leave the pitch will also be called No ball.

Unfair movement by the fielding side: Any unfair and deliberate movement while the bowler is running in to bowl could now result in the umpire awarding five penalty runs to the batting side, in addition to a call of Dead ball.

Running out of the non-striker: The Playing Conditions follow the Laws in moving this method of effecting a Run out from the ‘Unfair Play’ section to the ‘Run out’ section.

Bowler throwing towards striker’s end before delivery: Previously, a bowler who saw the batter advancing down the wicket before entering their delivery stride, could throw the ball to attempt to Run out the striker. This practice will now be called a Dead ball.

Other major decisions: The in-match penalty introduced in T20Is in January 2022, (whereby the failure of a fielding team to bowl their overs by the scheduled cessation time leads to an additional fielder having to be brought inside the fielding circle for the remaining overs of the innings), will now also be adopted in ODI matches after the completion of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League in 2023.

PM કિસાન યોજના હેઠળ નોંધાયેલા ખેડૂતોએ CSC લોગિન દ્વારા તેમના KYC અપડેટ કરવા પડશે. તેઓને જાણ હોવી જોઈએ કે જો તેઓનું eKYC નવીનતમ અપડેટ કરવામાં આવશે તો જ તેઓને હપ્તાના નાણાં પ્રાપ્ત થશે. કેન્દ્ર સરકાર દ્વારા 2018માં નાના અને સીમાંત ખેડૂતોને મદદ કરવા માટે આ PM કિસાન યોજના શરૂ કરવામાં આવી હતી.

પીએમ કિસાન કેવાયસી અપડેટ

ત્યારથી તે 2 અથવા 2 હેક્ટરથી ઓછી ખેતીલાયક જમીન ધરાવતા ખેડૂતોને નાણાકીય લાભ મેળવવામાં મદદ કરી છે. તમામ નાના અને સીમાંત ખેડૂતોએ તેમનું eKYC અપડેટ કરવું જરૂરી છે. તેઓને લઘુત્તમ ખાતરીપૂર્વકનું પેન્શન તેમજ કૌટુંબિક પેન્શન આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેનું વચન પ્રધાન મંત્રી કિસાન માન-ધન યોજના (PM-KMY) હેઠળ આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું

કિસાન સન્માન નિધિ યોજનાના હપ્તા તેમજ પેન્શનના લાભો મેળવવા માટે, ખેડૂતોએ તેમનું KYC અપડેટ કરવું જરૂરી છે. આ લેખમાં પગલાં પણ આપવામાં આવ્યા છે.

સરકારે 18-40 વર્ષની વયજૂથના ખેડૂતોને આર્થિક સ્થિર બનાવવા માટે નીતિ શરૂ કરી છે. આ યોજના રૂ.ના ત્રણ સમાન હપ્તા પૂરા પાડે છે. 2000. દરેક પાત્ર લાભાર્થીઓના બેંક ખાતામાં દર 4 મહિનાના સમયગાળા માટે રકમ આપવામાં આવે છે. તમારું KYC અપડેટ કરવાના પગલાં નીચે જણાવેલ છે.

ખેડૂતોએ સત્તાવાર પોર્ટલ દ્વારા નોંધણી કરાવવી જરૂરી છે. પીએમ કિસાન સન્માન નિધિ યોજનાની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ pmkisan.gov.in છે. નોંધણી આ સાઇટ સિવાય અન્ય કોઈપણ સાઇટ પર કરવામાં આવશે. ઈ-કેવાયસી માટે નોંધણી કરવાના પગલાં નીચે આપેલા છે. કૃપા કરીને આ પગલાંને અનુસરો અને તમારા ખાતામાં સીધા જ યોજનાના લાભો મેળવવા માટે નોંધણી કરો. pmkisan.gov.in પર eKYC નોંધણી માટે વધુ સમયની જરૂર પડશે નહીં.

પછી કેપ્ચા કોડ દાખલ કરો અને પછી શોધ કરો.

પીએમ કિસાન કેવાયસીના ફાયદા

દેશના અન્ન પ્રદાતાઓને સહાય પૂરી પાડવાની કલ્પના કરતી યોજના અત્યાર સુધી સારી રીતે ચાલી રહી છે. ભારતના દરેક રાજ્યમાંથી લગભગ 10.08 કરોડ ખેડૂતોને સરકારે વચન આપેલી રકમનો હપ્તો મળી રહ્યો છે. ચાલો સંક્ષિપ્તમાં યોજના પર એક નજર કરીએ:આ કાર્યક્રમ ખેડૂતો, ખાસ કરીને નાના અને સીમાંત ખેડૂતોને આર્થિક સહાય પૂરી પાડવા માટે શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
આ યોજનાનો દેશભરના ખેડૂતોને ફાયદો થશે કારણ કે તે કેન્દ્ર સરકાર દ્વારા શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે.

તાજા સમાચાર મુજબ, પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાન સન્માન નિધી (PM-KMY) હેઠળ બારમો હપ્તો આવવાનો છે. માર્ચ મહિનામાં 13મો હપ્તો ટ્રાન્સફર થવાની ધારણા છે. જે ખેડૂતોની KYC અપ ટુ ડેટ નહીં હોય તેઓને પૈસા મળશે નહીં.

ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત શિષ્યવૃત્તિ 2023 માટે કોણ અરજી કરી શકે છે?સમાજના પછાત વિભાગમાંથી આવતા તમામ પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શિષ્યવૃત્તિ આપવા માટે ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા એક પહેલ છે. ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત શિષ્યવૃત્તિ દ્વારા, કોઈપણ સંસ્થા હેઠળ વિવિધ પ્રકારના અભ્યાસક્રમો ચલાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ યોજનાઓ માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે. સરકાર આ પોર્ટલ હેઠળ લગભગ 34 પ્રકારની શિષ્યવૃત્તિ ઓફર કરી રહી છે. દરેક શિષ્યવૃત્તિમાં પાત્રતાની આવશ્યકતાઓ અનુસાર માપદંડ હોય છે.

કેન્દ્ર અને સરકાર દ્વારા આર્થિક રીતે નબળા હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ને અભ્યાસમાં મદદ કરવા માટે પોસ્ટ મેટ્રીક શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના નો અમલ વર્ષોથી કરવામાં આવેલો છે. આ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ને ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે સ્કોલરશીપ આપવામાં આવે છે. રાજ્યના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જેઓ ડીજીટલ ગુજરાત પોસ્ટ મેટ્રિક સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના નો લાભ લેવા માંગે છે તે ઓફિશિયલ પોર્ટલ digital gujarat.gov.in પરથી ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરી શકે છે.

આજે રાજ્યના નાણામંત્રી કનુ દેસાઈ વિધાનસભામાં બજેટ રજૂ કરશે. રાજ્યના દરેક સમાજના લોકોની નજર આ બજેટ પર રહેશે. ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણીમાં જંગી બહુમતીથી વિજય મેળવ્યા બાદ શાશક પક્ષનું આ પહેલુ અને નાણામંત્રીનું બીજુ બજેટ છે. આ વર્ષે બજેટમાં 18થી 20 ટકા જેટલો વધારો થવાની સંભાવના છે.

આ બજેટ પર લોકોની અપેક્ષા રહેશે

આજે 15મી વિઘાનભાનું પ્રથમ બજેટ વિધાનસભાગૃહમાં રજૂ થશે. રાજ્યના નાણામંત્રી વિધાનસભામાં બીજીવાર બજેર રજૂ કરશે ત્યારે રાજ્યના ખેડૂતો, મહિલાઓ, યુવાનો માટે શું નિર્ણયો લેવામાં આવે તેની પર નજર રહેશે. આ બજેટમાં પ્રવાસન તેમજ ટુરીઝમ માટે વિશેષ બજેટ ફાળવવામાં આવી શકે છે. આ ઉપરાંત વિધાનસભામાં જંગી બહુમતી જીત મળ્યા બાદ લોકોની અપેક્ષા પણ આ બજેટ પર ઘણી છે. ગત વર્ષે રાજ્યનું બજેટ 2.27 કરોડનું હતું. આ વર્ષે બડેટમાં વધારો થવાની શક્યતાઓ છે. આ વર્ષનું બજેટ 2 લાખ અને 50 હજાર કરોડ કરતા પણ વધારે રહેવાની શક્યતા છે. સરકાર પાસેથી લોકોને શું રાહત મળશે તેના પર સૌની નજર રહેશે.

ઓનલાઇન શિક્ષણનો વ્યાપ વધારવા ડિજિટલ લાઇબ્રેરીની રચના કરવામાં આવશે

આજે 15મી વિધાનસભાનું પ્રથમ બજેટ રજુ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. રાજ્યના નાણામંત્રી કનુ દેસાઈ આજે બીજીવાર બજેટ રજૂ કરી રહ્યા છે. ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણીમાં જંગી બહુમતીથી વિજય મેળવ્યા બાદ શાસક પક્ષનું આ પ્રથમ બજેટ છે.

15મી વિધાનસભા બજેટમાં થયેલી મહત્વની જાહેરાતો

શ્રમિકોને ભોજન આપતી યોજનોના વિસ્તાર કરવાનાં આવશે.

વિધવા સહાય, વૃદ્ધ પેન્શનમાં વધારો કર્યો હતો, પ્રવાસન થકી રોજગારી સર્જન કરવાનું સરકારનું લક્ષ્યાંક છે

અન્નપુર્ણા શ્રમિક યોજનાના 150 નવા કેન્દ્રો શરુ કરાશે

મુખ્યમંત્રી આદિજાતી ઉત્કર્ષ યોજના જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે

સ્વાસ્થ્યની વીમાની મર્યાદા પાંચથી વધારી 10 લાખ કરવામાં આવી છે.

20 હજાર નવી કોમ્પ્યુટર લેબ ઉભી કરાશે.

ઓનલાઇન શિક્ષણનો વ્યાપ વધારવા ડિજિટલ લાઇબ્રેરીની રચના કરવામાં આવશે

કેશોદ એરપોર્ટ વિસ્તરણ કરવામાં આવશે અને દ્વારકામાં નવા એરપોર્ટ બનવાની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે.

રાજ્યમાં નવી 198 એમ્બ્યુલન્સ માટે 55 કરોડ ફાળવાશે.

મહીસાગર, ડાંગમાં નવી મેડિકલ કોલેજની સ્થાપના થશે

ધોલેરામાં દેશના પહેલા સેમિકંડક્ટર પ્લાન્ટની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે.

સૌથી વધુ બજેટ શિક્ષણ વિભાગને ફાળવાયુ

રાજ્યની 6 હજાર પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં શાળા સહાયકો ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવા માટે સરકાર દ્વારા 87 કરોડની જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવી છે.

નાણામંત્રીએ 400 જ્ઞાન સેતુ ડે સ્કૂલ માટે 64 કરોડની જોગવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે.

મિશન સ્કૂલ ઓફ એક્સલન્સ માટે 3109 કરોડ તેમજ પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં RTE એક્ટ હેઠળ અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રાઈવેટ શાળામાં અભ્યાસ માટે 50 કરોડની જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવી છે જ્યારે ડિજિટલ લર્નિંગને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે 401 કરોડ ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા છે.

૧૭ નવેમ્બર 1999 માં યુનેસ્કોની સામાન્ય સભામાં તારીખ 20 ફેબ્રુઆરીને ‘વિશ્વ માતૃભાષા
દિન’ તરીકે ઉજવવાનો એક ઠરાવ પસાર થયો હતો તે પછી સને 2000 થી દર વર્ષે વિશ્વ સંસ્થા આ દિવસને

‘આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય માતૃભાષા દિન’ તરીકે ઉજવી રહી છે. આ ઉજવણી પાછળનો મુખ્ય હેતુ એ રહ્યો છે કે વિશ્વના
દરેક દેશ આ દિવસે પોતપોતાની માતૃભાષાનું ગૌરવ ગાય અને તેની જાળવણી કરે તથા તેના સંવર્ધન માટે
વિવિધ સભાઓ અને વિભિન્ન કાર્યક્રમોનું આયોજન કરે. અને એ રીતે ભાષા સાહિત્ય અને જે તે સંસ્કૃતિની
વિવિધતાને સન્માન અને પ્રોત્સાહન મળે

આજે વિશ્વમાં સાતેક હજાર ભાષાઓ બોલાય છે ભારતના ૧૨૫ કરોડ લોકો કુલ ૪૨૭ જેટલી
ભાષા સાથે વિવિધ બોલીઓ બોલે છે હાલમાં ભારતમાં ૨૨ જેટલી ભાષાઓને બંધારણીય માન્યતા મળી છે

જેમાં માતૃભાષા ગુજરાતીની પણ ગણના થઇ છે.
આ દિનવિશેષની ઉજવણીના મૂળમાં ઈસવીસન 1952 ની ૧૨ મી ફેબ્રુઆરીએ બાંગ્લાદેશમાં
બનેલી એક ઘટના જવાબદાર છે આ ઘટનામાં ચાર યુવાનો માતૃભાષા માટે લડતાં-લડતાં શહીદ થઈ ગયા
હતા તેઓ પોતાની માતૃભાષા બંગાળીના ઉપયોગના અધિકાર માટે ઢાંકા યુનિવર્સિટીના યુવાન વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ
આંદોલન કર્યું હતું ને એ ચારેય યુવાનો ગોળીબારમાં શહીદ થઈ ગયા હતા તે પછી 21 ફેબ્રુઆરી 1971માં
બાંગ્લાદેશે યુનેસ્કોને માતૃભાષા દિન’ તરીકે ઉજવવાનો પ્રસ્તાવ મોકલ્યો હતો, જેને વિશ્વના કુલ ૨૦ દેશોએ
ટેકો આપ્યો હતો.

દરેક વ્યક્તિના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ માટે શિક્ષણ પાયાની જરૂરિયાત છે. શિક્ષણના દરેક તબક્કે માળખાગત સગવડો સુદ્રઢ કરવા, નવતર ટેકનોલોજીનો ઉપયોગ કરવા તેમજ શિક્ષણમાં ગુણવત્તા લાવવા માટે સરકાર પ્રયત્નશીલ છે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓના શિક્ષણકાળમાં વધારો કરવો એ વૈશ્વિક તકોનો વધારે સારી રીતે લાભ લઇ શકે તે માટે જરૂરી છે. બદલાતી ટેકનોલોજીના પરિવેશમાં અનુકૂલન સાધી શકે તે માટે શિક્ષણ સંસ્થાઓમાં જરૂરી સગવડો આપી નવતર અભ્યાસક્રમો શરૂ કરવા સરકારે આયોજન કરેલ છે.

*પ્રાથમિક અને માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ*

• અંદાજે ૬ હજાર મોટી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષકોની વહીવટી કામગીરીનું ભારણ ઓછું કરવા તેમજ શાળાઓમાં આવેલ માળખાકિય સગવડોનું સુવ્યવસ્થિત સંચાલન સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે શાળા સહાયકો ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવા માટે `૮૭ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• ધોરણ ૧ થી ૮ માં RTE યોજના હેઠળ અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોય તેવા પ્રતિભાશાળી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ધોરણ ૮ પછી પણ ખાનગી શાળામાં અભ્યાસ કરી શકે તે માટે `૨૦ હજારનું શાળા વાઉચર આપી સહાય કરવા `૫૦ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• સરકારી અને ગ્રાન્ટ ઇન એઇડ પ્રાથમિક શાળા તથા માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાના શિક્ષકોને સમયસર અને કેશલેસ તબીબી સુવિધા મળી રહે તે માટે હેલ્થ કાર્ડ આપવાનું આયોજન.

*ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ અને ટેકનિકલ શિક્ષણ*

• ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના અને સારી ગુણવત્તાના સંશોધનને પ્રોત્સાહન આપતી શોધ યોજના સહિતની વિવિધ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનાઓ માટે `૩૯૦ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત શિક્ષણ, રિસર્ચ અને ઇનોવેશન, કૌશલ્ય વિકાસ, ટીચર્સ ટ્રેનિંગ તથા વિવિધ અભ્યાસક્રમોના ગુજરાતી ભાષાંતર તેમજ તેને લગતી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ અને ટેક્નોલોજી આધારિત ડિજિટલ લર્નિંગને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા વિવિધ સવલતો પૂરી પાડવા `૪૦૧ કરોડની જોગવાઇ.

• ઉચ્ચ અને ટેકનિકલ શિક્ષણના તાબા હેઠળની સંસ્થાઓમાં ચાલુ બાંધકામ તેમજ મરામતનાં ચાલુ કામો તથા આઇ.ટી. ઉપકરણો માટે `૧૬૯ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• નવી ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણની સંસ્થાઓ શરૂ કરવા તેમજ હયાત સંસ્થાઓમાં માળખાકિય સુવિધાઓ અને આઈ.ટી. ઉપકરણો ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવા `૧૫૦ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• યુવાનોની સ્ટાર્ટ-અપ સહિતની સર્જનાત્મક ક્ષમતામાં વૃદ્ધિ માટે સ્ટુડન્ટ સ્ટાર્ટ-અપ અને ઈનોવેશન પોલિસી-૨.૦ અને યુવાનોના આઇડિયાને માઇન્ડ-ટુ-માર્કેટ પહોંચાડવા ઈનોવેશન હબ (i-Hub) ખાતે પ્રોટોટાઇપિંગ ડેવલપમેન્ટ સેન્ટર માટે `૭૦ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• રાજ્યની સરકારી યુનિવર્સિટીઓમાં વિવિધ માળખાકિય સુવિધાઓના સુદ્રઢીકરણ માટે `૬૪ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• ઇમર્જીંગ ટેકનોલોજીના ક્ષેત્રે સેન્ટર ઓફ એક્સેલન્સ (CoEs)ની સ્થાપના માટે `૪૦ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• ભૂતપૂર્વ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તથા નાગરિકો તરફથી કોલેજો-યુનિવર્સિટીમાં માળખાકિય સુવિધાઓ, આઈ.ટી.ના ઉપકરણો વગેરે માટે લોકભાગીદારીના ધોરણે સહાય પૂરી પાડવા `૩૫ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણમાં સર્વગ્રાહી સમિક્ષા કેન્દ્રનો પ્રારંભ કરવા `૩૦ કરોડની જોગવાઇ.

• IITRAM-અમદાવાદની વિવિધ જરૂરિયાત અન્વયે સહાયક અનુદાન પેટે `૧૮ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• સાયબર-ક્રાઇમ, સાયબર-ફ્રોડ અને મોબાઇલ એડીક્શન જેવી અનિચ્છનીય પ્રવૃત્તિઓથી યુવાનોને બચાવવા અને સાયબર અવેરનેસ થકી તેઓની સર્જનાત્મક ક્ષમતામાં વૃદ્ધિ થાય તે હેતુથી કોલેજોમાં કવચ (સાયબર-સિક્યોરિટી અવેરનેસ એન્ડ ક્રિએટિવ હેન્ડહોલ્ડિંગ) કેન્દ્રની સ્થાપના માટે

`૬ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• સર્વસમાવેશક શિક્ષણને ઉત્તેજન આપવાના હેતુસર દિવ્યાંગ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિવિધ સુવિધાઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવા `૫ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

• STEM(સાયન્સ, ટેક્નોલોજી, એન્‍જિનીયરીંગ એન્ડ મેથેમેટીક્સ) તેમજ વ્યવસાયિક શિક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા માટે SWAYAM સર્ટીફીકેટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના અંતર્ગત અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ, અન્ય પછાત અને આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઓનલાઈન કોર્સિસમાં ભાગ લેવાના પ્રોત્સાહન હેતુ `૫ કરોડની જોગવાઈ.

બાળકોનો માનસિક વિકાસ રૂંધાય છે તેઓ અશક્તિથી પીડાય છે, તેમનામાં લોહીની ઉણપ, ચીડિયો સ્વભાવ,
શરીરનો નબળો બાંધો, ચશ્માના નંબર વધી જાય તેવા લક્ષણો ખૂબ જોવા મળે છે
જગતના જે દેશોમાં બાળકો પોતાની માતૃભાષા દ્વારા જે ભણે છે તે દિવસોના અંગે કોઈ ચર્ચા પણ
થતી નથી જે બાળકોને કલાપી કે મેઘાણીની કવિતાઓ, ધૂમકેતુની વાર્તાઓ, નરસિંહ મહેતાના ભજનો ખબર
જ નથી કે તેને ગાતા આવડતું નથી તે અનાથ છે. ગાંધીજીની ‘સત્યના પ્રયોગો, આત્મકથા જેવા પુસ્તકો
વાંચ્યા નથી તે પણ અનાથ છે આજે આપણે કલ્ચરથી કપાઈ ગયા છીએ. જેની ભાષા નાશ પામે છે તેની
સંસ્કૃતિ પણ નાશ પામે છે ભાષા મરે તે સાથે પ્રજાની આગવી ઓળખ પણ નષ્ટ થતી જાય છે માટે
માતૃભાષામાં શિક્ષણ અનિવાર્ય છે
જેના દ્વારા આપણે આપણી ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિના વારસાને પામી શકીએ અને આપણી સંવેદનશીલતાને
અભિવ્યક્ત કરી શકીએ તે જ સાચી માતૃભાષા.
