I khedut Online 2023 : One of the important projects of the Gujarat government is to promote battery operated drug sprayer pumps to the farmers at low cost. These subsidies help farmers provide value-added services and provide farmers with a way out of crises and hardships.

Subsidy to buy drug spray pump

(1) Power operated knapsack pump / Power operated Taiwan pump (8 to 12 liter capacity) acc. caste / caste; small / marginal; A woman farmer will get Rs. 3100/- and, to other beneficiary Rs. 2500/- subsidy is available.

(2) Power operated knapsack pump / Power operated Taiwan pump (above 12 and 16 liter capacity) acc. caste / caste; small / marginal; A woman farmer will get Rs. 3800/- and, to other beneficiary Rs. 3000/- is available as subsidy.

(3) Power operated knapsack pump / Power operated Taiwan pump (more than 16 liter capacity) acc. caste / caste; small / marginal; 10000/- to women farmer and Rs. 8000/- as subsidy is available.

The beneficiary farmer has to purchase from the authorized dealer of the manufacturer included in the panel prepared for the purpose of price discovery announced by the account from time to time.

“National Deficit Protection Mission assistance for purchase of power knapsack sprayers for wheat crop is available as follows.

(1) For General Farmers (from 8 to 12 litres) 40% of the price or Rs.2500/- whichever is less. Maximum one number per account * For SC/ST, Small, Marginal and Women Farmer Beneficiaries 50% of the price or Rs. 3100/- whichever is less. A maximum of one number is redeemable per account.

(2) Power operated sprayers (of 12 to 16 litres) * 40% of cost for general farmers or Rs.3000/- whichever is less. Maximum one number per account * For SC/ST, Small, Marginal and Women Farmer Beneficiaries 50% of the price or Rs. 3800/- whichever is less. A maximum of one number is redeemable per account.

(3) Power operated sprayers (above 16 litres) * 40% of cost for general farmers or Rs.8000/- whichever is less. Maximum one number per account * For SC/ST, Small, Marginal and Women Farmer Beneficiaries 50% of the price or Rs. 10000/- whichever is less. A maximum of one number is redeemable per account
