• એક(૧) વર્ગ ધરાવતી માધ્યમિક શાળાને વર્ગદીઠ ૧.૫ શિક્ષક તથા 
• બે(ર) વર્ગ ધરાવતી શાળાને વર્ગદીઠ ૩ શિક્ષક મળવાપાત્ર થાય છે.

કમિશ્નરશ્રી, શાળાઓની કચેરી દ્વાશ તા.૧૬/૧૦/૨૦૧૯ના વંચાણે લીધા ક્રમાંક (૩) સામેના અને તા.૩૦/૦૬/૨૦૨૧ના વંચાણે લીધા ક્ર્માંક(૪) સામેના પત્રથી રાજ્યમાં ધોરણ ૯ અને ૧૦ નો એક-એક વર્ગ ધરાવતી શાળાઓમાં શૈક્ષણિક કાર્ય સુચારૂ રીતે ચાલી શકે તે હેતુસર આવી શાળાઓમાં ૩ શિક્ષક અને ૧ આચાર્ય મુજબના શૈક્ષણિક સેટઅપને મંજૂર કરવા દરખાસ્ત કરેલ હતી, આ બાબત સરકારશ્રીની વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.

આજના શિક્ષણ વિભાગના પરિપત્ર અનુસાર હવે પછી નીચે મુજબ શિક્ષક મહેકમ મળવાપાત્ર થાય.

પુખ્ત વિચારણાને અંતે, રાજ્યની બિન સરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ-૯ અને ૧૦નો એક-એક વર્ગ ધરાવતી શાળાઓ પૈકી બન્ને વર્ગોમાં ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં પ૦ વિદ્યાર્થી અને શહેરી વિશ્તારમાં ૭૫ વિદ્યાર્થી સંખ્યા ધરાવતી હોય તેવી શાળાઓ માટે કુલ ૩ શિક્ષક અને ૧ આચાર્ય મુજબના શૈક્ષણિક સેટઅપને આથી મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવે છે.

• એક(૧) વર્ગ ધરાવતી માધ્યમિક શાળાને વર્ગદીઠ ૧.૫ શિક્ષક તથા બે(ર) વર્ગ ધરાવતી શાળાને વર્ગદીઠ ૩ શિક્ષક મળવાપાત્ર થતું હતું.
• જે હવે નવા ઠરાવ અનુસાર રાજ્યની બિન ૨ા૨કારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ ૯ અને ૧૦ નો એક એક વર્ગ ધરાવતી શાળાઓને  કુલ ૩ શિક્ષક અને ૧ આચાર્ય એમ કુલ ૪ નું મહેકમ કરેલ છે. 

એટલે કે પહેલા જે રાજ્યની બિન સરકારી  અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં ૯ અને ૧૦ નો એક એક વર્ગ ચાલતો હતો ત્યાં આચાર્ય સાથે ૩ શિક્ષક જ મળવાપાત્ર થતાં હતા જે હવે આચાર્ય સાથે ૪નું મહેકમ મંજૂર કરેલ છે એટલે કે ૩ શિક્ષક અને એક આચાર્ય એમ કુલ ચારનું મહેકમ હવે મળવાપાત્ર થાય છે.
