Bal seva yojana update information to all


This scheme has been launched by the government on 22 July 2021.  On this occasion, 12-12 thousand rupees for 3 months have been distributed in the bank accounts of the parents of 4050 identified children of the state at the rate of ₹ 4000 per month.  Under this scheme, it has now been decided to include children orphaned due to diseases other than corona.  On this occasion, acceptance letters, school bags, chocolates, etc. have been provided to 10 beneficiary children by the Governor and the Chief Minister.  Two of these children have also been provided with tabs.  On this occasion, it has been announced by the Chief Minister that a new scheme will also be started for the women who have been illiterate due to coronavirus.

 From the upbringing to education and health of all the orphaned children, the responsibility of the Uttar Pradesh government will be taken by the Uttar Pradesh government.  Apart from this, all those children who cannot take care of their relatives will be kept in the children's home.  Education will be provided to children through Atal Residential Schools and girls will be provided education in Kasturba Gandhi Residential Schools.  Apart from this, the guidelines of PMKS for inspector children will also come soon.  The benefit of which will also be passed on to the children.  All arrangements will be made by the government for the bright future of the children.


 Apart from this, the chief guest of the program, Governor Anandiben Patel has appreciated this scheme.  It has been told by him that UP is the first state to start such a scheme for the orphaned children.  Anandiben Patel has also appealed to the authorities to adopt an orphan child.  Massive public participation has also been called by Rajpal ji to fulfill the dreams of the orphaned children.  Orders have also been given by Anandiben to the Vice Chancellors of all the universities that if there are orphan children in the university, then they should be helped.


Under this scheme, many other facilities are also being provided by the government from financial assistance.  So that the orphaned children can earn their living.  Under this scheme, an amount of ₹ 101000 will be provided by the Uttar Pradesh government for the marriage of all eligible girls.  Apart from this, all the children who are studying in school and college or are taking vocational education, they will be provided tablet / laptop through Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana.  So that there is no hindrance in their studies.  If you also want to get the benefit of this scheme, then you have to make sure your eligibility and apply under this scheme as soon as possible.  The benefit of this scheme will also be provided to those children who have lost their legal guardian or income earning guardian due to corona infection.

Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana has been started for those children whose parents have died due to corona virus infection.  The scheme has now been approved by the cabinet.  A policy for the implementation of this scheme is being prepared by the Department of Women and Child Development.  The listing and eligibility conditions of all the identified children under this scheme have been prepared.  Through the Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana, full care will be taken of the maintenance, education, medical etc. of all the orphaned children.


 Antigen test, positive test report of RTPCR, blood report, CT scan have considered infection of Kovid-19 as proof of death due to corona virus infection.  But if the corona virus infected patient dies due to post covid even after getting the negative report, then in this situation also his children will be provided the benefit of this scheme.

 This information was given by Manoj Kumar Rai, Director of Women Welfare.  Under this scheme, the legal guardians of eligible children will be identified through the district level task force.  The development of these children will also be monitored by the District Child Protection Unit and Child Welfare Committee.

 Financial assistance and housing facility of ₹ 4000

 Financial assistance of ₹ 4000 per month will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries through Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana 2021.  This financial assistance will be for the care of the child.  This financial assistance will be provided by the Uttar Pradesh government till the child becomes an adult.  Apart from this, all the children whose age is 10 years or less and they do not have any guardian will be provided residential facility by the Uttar Pradesh government through Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana.  This residential facility will be provided to them by providing them accommodation in Government Children's Home.
