(1)These rules could also be referred to as the officer category III(Combined Competitive Examination) Rules 2021
(2)They shall get force on the date of their publication within the Official Gazette.
(3)These rules shall apply to the Post of officer category III level cadre posts, as laid out in Appendix I
2.Definitions :- In these rules, unless the context otherwise needs

"Appendix" suggests that associate degree Appendix appended to those rules.
"Board" suggests that the Gujarat Subordinate Services choice Board, Gandhinagar or such Board as could also be established by the regime during this behalf
"Examination" suggests that the Combined Competitive Examination for direct enlisting to the posts of officer, category III within the State personnel and also the State Reserve personnel and Sepoy (Male) and Sepoy (Female)/Matron within the Jail Department laid out in Appendex I.which includes Physical take a look at and Written take a look at as noted in rule eight.

relevant enlisting rules suggests that the enlisting rules prescribed by the govt. for the posts laid out in Appendix I.
